Digital Maps

We support health and care organisations to develop a strategic approach to digital as an enabler of improving patient experience and outcomes, alongside delivering more efficient and sustainable services.

Our Digital Maps are codesigned with your key stakeholders through a process which is highly engaging and collaborative. In this way we aim to help people understand the role digital can play in improving care and support as well as identify limitations, challenges and constraints – digital as an enabler rather than an end in itself.

Our approach will help you identify:

  • Purpose of your map aligned to organisational strategy
  • An understanding of the wider context – both locally, regionally and nationally (and internationally)
  • Your stakeholders – and what is important to them
  • An assessment of your digital maturity
  • An assessment of patient/citizen attitudes and use of digital tools
  • An assessment of your staff attitudes and use of digital tools
  • An assessment of in-house digital developments – strengths, gaps and opportunities
  • A map (or framework) for digital innovation
  • Governance – recommendations for governing your digital map
  • Resources – an assessment of what is required to make your map a reality.

At the end of our process you will have a clearly defined Digital Map and a compass for delivering it within your organisation.

We commissioned MHabitat to undertake some research to inform our future commissioning of digitally enabled healthy lifestyles services. Victoria and the team were a pleasure to work with. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable, kept us informed all the way and delivered a high quality piece of work on time
