Description

Our ambition was to create the first digitally enabled wards and memory service which support improved experience and outcomes for older people with mental health problems and dementia, and their carers. Jointly funded by the Tinder Foundation and Leeds Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, we have delivered a peer-learning programme to create Digital Champions who will deliver digital inclusion activities tailored to engage people through their individual passions and interests. We have set up free public wifi on all the wards in the Mount facility and have invested in digital devices for individual use by patients and carers.
