Harnessing Technology - Development of a Technology Enabled Care Benefits Realisation Model

Intro

Benefits Realisation in Technology Enabled Care was a collaboration between mHabitat and York Health Economics Consortium (YHEC). The collaboration sought to create a standardised benefits realisation model which could be used nationally to consistently assess and measure the impact of care technology services with the aim of increasing the spread and adoption of Technology Enabled Care Models in the NHS.

York Health Economics Consortium (YHEC) led the development of the benefits realisation model. Through a co-design process, we delivered three work packages to co-design and test the model.

Feedback

“I always feel with mHabitat I’m going to get creative innovation delivered by a really safe pair of hands. The team have an infectious enthusiasm and have pulled off the challenging task of extracting themselves from some of the more stifling bureaucracy of public service, whilst maintaining the ethos of improving outcomes for our patients and citizens and delivering value for taxpayers.”
