Join us on 14 May for our first Lunch & Learn session at Co>Space North to think about how Artificial Intelligence can be utilised in healthcare.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been successfully used to play board games, drive cars, and recognise objects in photos. AI has the potential to transform healthcare, but some high-profile examples have failed to deliver so far. At this lunchtime session we will explore why this is the case, and what makes healthcare uniquely challenging.

Our speaker - David Wong, University of Leeds

David is a Lecturer in Health Informatics at the University of Leeds. His background is in Machine Learning and AI, but he has gained clinical insight through design and development of clinical software for hospitals.
