Using the experiences of users and system builders of digital mental health tools “in the wild” this talk will address what is needed for future technologies to ensure they are person-centred and accountable; helping people to help themselves.  Join mental health theorist, Aislinn Bergin who will outline 9 important lessons for digital tools and encourage discussions about how to include them in development, evaluation and implementation.

Aislinn Bergin is a digital mental health theorist and Research Fellow at MindTech, primarily working on the gameChange project where her focus is on implementation and the sustainability of digital mental health technologies. Aislinn grew up in the bogs of Ireland but has lost the accent so most people can understand her.
